Reservations may be made using the local hotel phone number OR you may book online using the link above. When you use this link the convention code is automatically keyed in to our event. Mention that you are with the Schipperke Club of America Dog Show to receive the room rate, and for the SCA to receive credit for your room.

Note: When you call to make your reservation and you request a double room, you will be told that the request is noted, but not guaranteed. That being said, please do not panic when you hear this. The hotel has plenty of double rooms. It is simply hotel policy not to offer a guarantee one way or the other. However, the SCA has priority on the double rooms for the week. Please don't forget to mention that you are with the SCA block. It is also very important that you provide the names of each individual that will be in the room. If more than one name is listed, the priority for a double room increases. If only one name is listed, your priority will be low as, obviously, a king bed would work very nicely for one. Making your reservations early will further increase your priority in receiving a double room.

From Northeast on I-44; exit 234A, go South to US-169 towards Broken Arrow; take E 61st Street Exit; turn left on 61st Street; turn right onto S 107th E. Avenue.

From Southeast on Muskogee Turnpike/OK-51:
Travel Northwest on Muskogee Turnpike which turns into OK-51W;  Merge US-169 towards Bixby; Take E 61st Street Exit; Turn Left on to 61st Street; Turn right onto S 107th E. Avenue

From North on HWY 75:
Travel South on Hwy 75;  Merge onto OK-11 E;  Take I-244 E/ US-412 E;  Merge onto US-169 South via Exit 13B;  Take E 61st Street Exit;  Turn left onto 61st Street;  Turn right onto S 107th E. Avenue

From South on HWY 75 N:
Travel North on Hwy 75;  take the Creek Turnpike East ramp (tolls);  Take US-64/US-169 North toward Tulsa;  Take the 71st Street exit;  Keep right at the fork to go to E 71st Street S;  Turn left onto S 109th East Avenue;  Turn left onto E 69th Street which becomes E 67th Street;  Hotel should be in sight.
