Please call Reservations at 800-233-0121. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or advance deposit. ONLINE BOOKINGS WILL NOT RECEIVE THE CLUB DISCOUNTED RATES.
Lancaster Host Resort requires the following in regard to pets:
- Maximum of six (6) crated animals per room. All will be of same breed or of similar size. Total of six includes puppies and companion animals.
- A non-refundable deposit pet deposit will be assessed as follows:
1-2 dogs - $35.00 non-refundable fee
3-4 dogs - $40.00 non-refundable fee
5-6 dogs - $50.00 non-refundable fee
- Pets must be crated at all times when they are left alone in room.
- Bedspreads will be removed.
- Pets are not permitted in suites.
- Hotel has arranged a designated pet area for dogs to relieve themselves. It is the responsibility of the dog owners to clean up after their animals. Pets are not allowed on the golf course or in the outdoor pool courtyard.
- Animals are not allowed in Main Lobby (other than entering or leaving the assigned meeting/exhibit space), in restaurants or other common areas.
8. Hotel linens/towels may not be used to wash pets. Group to provide own shampoo and towels.
